How to Save Cost?

 

1. Do not take any traditional medication without consulting your doctor. It will interact with the LH or FSH resulting in high dose of ganadotropin that you need to mature the ovarian follicles.
2. Keep a copy of your medical reports so that you will not have to repeat the same procedure at our centre.
3. Come and investigate your infertility early so that the disease that causes your infertility can be treated early at a cheaper cost, shorter duration and better result. For example, endometriosis that is discovered early can be treated at a lower cost and with less complications and better outcome.
4. Please comply with the injection instructions given by your doctor in order to achieve optimal medical efficiency of the drugs.

If you have excess embryos, you can freeze the embryos which will be used for your next cycle at a lower price.
6. Choose an IVF centre whose results are good and reliable. Centres that have collaborative or shared programme with public hospitals are reliable because their results are transparent.

Choose an IVF centre which is near to your home or easy to access because it will save you on the following:

  • transportation cost
  • time wasted in travelling and traffic jam
  • avoid taking leave from work
  • stress of repeating travelling from your home to the IVF centre which will decrease the success rate.
