I had tried a few clomid cycles but ended up with no egg came out. Then, I accepted my doctor's advice to undergo IUI with gonadotropin injections. I was conceived with a quintuplets pregnancy (5 babies) following the treatment! My doctor said that the complication is very high and advised me to do foetal reduction. But I refused to do so. I did not want to give up anyone of them. Thanks to Department O&G, HTAR, for treating me and my babies well although they were preamture. My quituplets are four years old now and getting on well. Although I experience a lot of stress due to my quintuplets, but I'd never regreted the pregnancy.

I can't beleive it! I conceive with a triplets pregnancy on my first attemp of IVF treatment. Doctor told me that there were three embryos transferred, I am happy that all of them make it. I had been told by my Metro doctor and family doctor that triplets pregnancy has high risk of miscarriage. I am now in my 14th week of pregnancy and getting on well. We had been for trying 5 years to have a baby, but all our effords were in vain. We had tried medications and IUI. Finally, we were advised to do laparoscopy and told that our infertility is under the unexplained group. We were then strongly advised to do IVF for which we took a few months to decide.
