Dr. Yeoh Kar Xian

Dr. Yeoh Kar Xian graduated from the University of Manchester, UK with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. In the following year, she obtained her Membership of Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology and is a registered member of the General Medical Council United Kingdom, a member of Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Malaysia.

Dr. Yeoh spent her early years as a medical professional training in Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in the United Kingdom among other hospitals such as Walsall Manor Hospital, Good Hope Hospital, Birmingham Heartlands Hospital and Coventry hospital from 2008 to 2014. She has also undergone specialty training in obstetrics and gynaecology in the UK for 4 years.

Upon returning to Malaysia, Dr. Yeoh served in Sarawak General Hospital and Hospital Tuanku Jaafar Seremban where she was gazetted as an obstetrics and gynaecology specialist by the Ministry of Health Malaysia in 2018.

Also a passionate educator, Dr. Yeoh was a teacher to many junior doctors where she performed teaching and assessments for junior O&G doctors. She also has 23 publications and researches from New Zealand and the United Kingdom and was an avid researcher with a desire for knowledge.

Dr. Yeoh also has special interest in fertility and reproductive medicine, as well as Assisted Reproductive Technology (AR) and joined Metro IVF in 2022 to pursue her subspecialty in fertility treatment and IVF.
