Dr. Yow qualified with an MBBS from Manipal University in 1996, where he graduated with 1st Class Honours. His strong interest in Obstetrics and Gynaecology led him to pursue a Masters in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Malaya and obtained his Master’s degree in 2007.
He continued his work as a Consultant Obstetrics and Gynaecologist at Muar General Hospital until 2011. Subsequently, he worked as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Tey’s Maternity Specialist Centre in Johor and Columbia Asia Hospital Taiping until 2015.
His special interest is in feto-maternal and reproductive medicine and has attended numerous courses both local and overseas. Presently, he is the permanent Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Hospital Wanita Metro Kuala Selangor and visiting Consultant Obstetrics and Gynaecologist at Hospital Wanita Metro Klang.
