Dr. Pravin Peraba

Dr. Pravin Peraba was awarded his medical degree (MD) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2003 prior to a long, fruitful career with the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Subsequently, he was accorded his Master’s degree in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (MOG) from UKM in 2013. He continued his services as a Clinical Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah in Klang (HTAR), then Hospital Segamat, and finally as Head of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department in Banting Hospital, where he started comprehensive in-patient obstetric services which greatly eased the obstetric health of the local community. 

With a keen interest in fertility treatment and reproductive medicine, he continued his training in numerous hospitals and medical centres. He is also a regular contributor to radio talks on BFM in the field of obstetrics, gynaecology, and fertility. Dr. Pravin’s interest in further education led him to be involved in several publications both locally and overseas. Dr. Pravin has helped many couples achieve their ultimate dream of having a child and is driven to continue his efforts with each and every patient he sees.

Dr. Pravin began his association with Hospital Wanita Metro in 2010 as a medical officer.
