Dr. Vikneswaran A/L Tharmalingam, fondly referred to as Dr. Vicky, is a distinguished Obstetrics and Gynaecology Registrar, graduating from AIMST University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS).
